Azienda Agricola Fugolo Gianluca: the authentic flavors of Valpolicella

The restaurant of Azienda Agricola Fugolo Gianluca

The Dates of our history...

1940 - Modesto and great-grandfather Vittorio with a horse, a wife, and children leave Padua for Verona.
1942 - Our grandfather Mario is only 5 years old, our family works as sharecroppers.
1960 - Grandpa Mario creates the first family-run peach farm.
1967 - They plant the first grapevine in our “Campagna” vineyard in Pescantina.
2017 - We decide to start a new adventure after years of grape deliveries.

TODAY - We await you at the farm to tell you the continuation of our adventure… we will let our products and plants speak.

Sofia and Michela
The fifth generation, to whom I am passing on my same passion and vision of agriculture are my daughters Michela and Sofia.”

Our philosophy, the search for flavors...

The sweetness of freshly picked ripe peaches, the scent of our native vines in a glass of wine, a drizzle of olive oil on a slice of bread, these are the products we will let you taste, immersed in the green of nature.
White-fleshed, yellow-fleshed, and nectarine peaches represent the traditional cultivation of the Pescantina territory. Gianluca and his family have been involved in this cultivation for over 50 years.

Extra virgin olive oil tells of the elegance of the morainic hills and the microclimate of Lake Garda.
The company's vines are cultivated in the "Campagna" vineyard, located a short distance from the peach orchard and the olive grove. This union guarantees richness to the landscape and a balance for the soil and biodiversity.
