Light lunch with tasting among the Valpolicella vineyards
Tasting of our extra virgin olive oil and five wines from our production.
Start your day with a walk with a story and an overview of the winery, followed by a tasting of 5 wines and a delicious light lunch. This tour begins at 10:30 AM.
The experience will begin with a walk through the vineyards to discover our origins, with a story told directly in the field about the traditions of Valpolicella. A walk connecting our historic vineyard with our orchard, where you can touch the ripe peaches, and from June to August, you can pick and eat the peaches directly from the tree. You will visit the 1967 vineyard, where we will see vines that have been cared for by our family for over 100 years. It will be a journey to discover Valpolicella, its territory, and its traditions.
The tasting will be guided by Sofia, daughter of the owner Gianluca Fugolo, who, along with her father and sister, manages the family farm. A walk in nature and relaxation suitable for everyone.
We will conclude the experience with a tasting of our extra virgin olive oil produced on the morainic hills of Lake Garda, and 5 wines from our winery:
- Rosè Brioso IGT Frizzante
- Corvina Veronese IGT
- Valpolicella Superiore Classico DOC
- Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG
- A platter of local cured meats and cheeses paired with our homemade jams.
In the summer, we offer a choice of cold dishes: pasta salad with pesto and cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, or pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and mozzarella. We will also serve Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG paired with our homemade red wine cookies.
The tasting will take place on our veranda, right in front of the vineyard.
